Welcome to Quick Door Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, contact forms, and services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Quick Door Solutions provides professional door repair, replacement, and installation services.

All work is performed by qualified technicians using quality materials suitable for the job scope.

We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our area of expertise or service region.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect and use personal information to:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, materials, or unforeseen complications.

  • Any additional work required beyond the approved quote will be discussed and authorized before completion.

  • Taxes, permits, or disposal fees (if applicable) are added to the final invoice.

3. Appointments and Access

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the job site.

  • Missed or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service call fee.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the site, a minimum service fee may apply.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternate terms are agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, e-transfer, cheque, or approved account billing.

  • Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge (24% annually) on overdue balances.

  • Ownership of materials or equipment remains with Quick Door Solutions until full payment is received.

5. Warranties

  • We warrant our labour for 3 months from the service date against defects in workmanship under normal use.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply for materials or hardware supplied by us.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or damage from external causes (weather, vandalism, etc.).

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel a booked service before dispatch with no penalty.

  • Cancellations after technician dispatch may incur a minimum call-out charge.

  • Deposits for special-order materials are non-refundable once the order is placed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Door Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

8. Website Use

Our website content is provided for general information only.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all details, pricing, or availability are error-free.

Any unauthorized use, copying, or scraping of website content or images is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to your policy page).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
